1. Account Recharge
• A member gets one (1) raffle ticket for a minimum recharge of $20.
• A member gets three (3) raffle tickets for a minimum recharge of $30.
• A member gets six (6) raffle tickets for an account recharge of $50 and above.
  
  
2. Member Referral
• Every valid referral gets one (1) raffle ticket.
  
  
3. New Member Sign-up

Each new member will earn raffle ticket/s based on their corresponding signed-up amount:
• A $10 sign-up amount is equal to one (1) raffle ticket.
• A $20 sign-up amount is equal to two (2) raffle tickets.
• A $30 sign-up amount is equal to three (3) raffle tickets.

   • A member earns two (2) raffle tickets for every purchase from DLP Teleshopping.
   • A member earns two (2) raffle tickets for every purchase of a Sweeter Dreams travel package.
   • A member earns five (5) raffle tickets for every purchase of a Holiday Adventure or a Holiday Passports travel package.
   • A member earns five (5) raffle tickets for every purchase of a Dell computer.
     
     
5. DLP Cellular Store
• A member earns one (1) raffle ticket for every purchase of an Individual mobile plan.
• A member earns three (3) raffle tickets for every purchase of a Family plan.
  

• At least 18 years old (winners will nominate recipients in the Phils)

Winners will be drawn from all eligible entries in a random draw to be held on June 15, 2008, 12 noon, Pacific Standard Time, to be supervised by DLP USA officials and a representative from a reputable accounting firm, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of raffle tickets/numbers a member earns.

Winners are required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Release; where legally permissible, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") within 10 days from date on notification letter or advice. Failure to timely execute and return documents, if the winners are found to be ineligible, or if potential winners fail to comply with the official rules, they will be disqualified and alternate winners will be selected.

This raffle is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. If any prize or prize notification is returned as "undeliverable," prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. By entering, participants release and hold harmless DLP USA and its respective patents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this raffle or any prize won.

DLP USA in its sole discretion may disqualify any Member from participation in the raffle if the Member engages in any conduct DLP USA deems improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operations of the raffle. Such improper conduct includes, but not limited to, falsifying personal information required during sign-up or prize claim, violating any term or condition stated therein, accumulating points or prizes through methods such as automated computer scripts or other programming techniques, allowing others to use Member's personal information for the purpose of accumulating prizes or intentionally trying to defraud DLP USA. Member agrees that DLP USA may void any prize that Member may have won and/or require the return of any prize that Member may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Member further acknowledges that the forfeiture of prize(s) and/or return of any prize(s) shall in no way prevent DLP USA from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. In addition, DLP USA also reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the promotion process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in the event the fairness or integrity of the promotion is compromised.

This raffle is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, members agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of DLP USA, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. Winners and entrants agree that DLP USA shall not be responsible or liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participating in this raffle, including but not limited to, the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any prize and/or injury or damage to the entrant's or third person's property related to or resulting from any prize or any part of this raffle. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Raffle will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
