A member gets one (1) raffle ticket for a

A participant can only win once. All DLP USA members
are eligible to join provided they are at least 18
years of age. Should a member's name be drawn more
than once, the prize of higher value shall be awarded
and another winner picked out for the other prize.
Winning member can nominate a recipient from the
Philippines for the Minor prizes.
Prizes are not transferable.
All prizes are convertible to cash.
Applicable federal, state, sales, local and all
other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
*Reservations must be submitted one (1) month in
advance, and are subject to space availability at
the time of booking.
All prizes—inclusive travel packages and list
of destinations are subject to change.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Pioneer
Communications LLC and/or its affiliated and subsidiary
companies and their respective directors, employees
and agents are not liable for any injury, damage,
liability, expense, accident, delay, irregularity,
loss or claim arising from or in connection with acceptance,
possession or use of the prize or participation in
any prize-related activity, and acknowledges that
none of said parties have made or are in any manner
responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee,
express or implied, relative to any prize, including
without limitation, its quality or fitness for a particular

DRAWING
AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be drawn from all eligible entries
in a random draw to be held on December
15, 2006, 12 noon, Pacific Standard Time,
to be supervised by DLP USA officials and a representative
from a reputable accounting firm, whose decisions
are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning
depend on the number of raffle tickets/numbers a
member earns.
Winners shall be notified by phone, email and/or
mail. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable
effort has been made during ten (10) business days
from the first notification, such prize may be forfeited.
Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Major, minor
and consolation prizes should be claimed within
thirty (30) days upon receipt of written notice
or phone call whichever comes first, to avoid forfeiture
of prizes.

GENERAL
Winners are required to execute and return an Affidavit
of Eligibility and a Liability Release; where legally
permissible, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release")
within 10 days from date on notification letter.
Failure to timely execute and return documents,
if the winners are found to be ineligible, or if
potential winners fail to comply with the official
rules, they will be disqualified and alternate winners
will be selected.
This raffle is void where prohibited by law and
is subject to all applicable federal, state and
local laws. If any prize or prize notification is
returned as "undeliverable," prize may be forfeited
and an alternate winner will be selected. By entering,
participants release and hold harmless DLP USA and
its respective patents, subsidiaries, affiliates,
directors, officers, employees and agents from any
and all liability or any injury, loss or damage
of any kind arising from or in connection with this
raffle or any prize won.
DLP USA in its sole discretion may disqualify any
Member from participation in the raffle if the Member
engages in any conduct DLP USA deems improper, unfair
or otherwise adverse to the operations of the raffle.
Such improper conduct includes, but not limited
to, falsifying personal information required during
sign-up or prize claim, violating any term or condition
stated therein, accumulating points or prizes through
methods such as automated computer scripts or other
programming techniques, allowing others to use Member's
personal information for the purpose of accumulating
prizes or intentionally trying to defraud DLP USA.
Member agrees that DLP USA may void any prize that
Member may have won and/or require the return of
any prize that Member may have won as a result of
such improper conduct. Member further acknowledges
that the forfeiture of prize(s) and/or return of
any prize(s) shall in no way prevent DLP USA from
pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal
or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct.
In addition, DLP USA also reserves the right at
its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual
who tampers with the promotion process and to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in the
event the fairness or integrity of the promotion
is compromised.
This raffle is subject to these Official Rules.
By participating, members agree to be bound by these
Official Rules and the decisions of DLP USA, and
waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official
Rules. Winners and entrants agree that DLP USA shall
not be responsible or liable for losses or injuries
of any kind resulting from participating in this
raffle, including but not limited to, the acceptance/possession
and/or use/misuse of any prize and/or injury or
damage to the entrant's or third person's property
related to or resulting from any prize or any part
of this raffle. Any person attempting to defraud
or in any way tamper with the Raffle will be ineligible
for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent
of the law.
